The movie didn't exactly stun at the box office, yet it's cool to see Watson play a narcissistic character largely unconcerned with the crimes she's committed or any consequences she may face for them. To achieve this, they attend the parties of celebrities and rob their homes. Watson stars alongside others as part of a group of teens obsessed with fame and yearning for the finer things in life. Watson teamed up with director Sofia Coppola in a movie based on a criminal group the film gets its name from. Even though Logan Lerman is excellent as Charlie, in the end, it is Emma who you will remember the most.By far one of the most obscure projects in this lineup, The Bling Ring is an Emma Watson movie that film buffs should check out. As Sam, Emma Watson is charming and delightful. It is the coming-of-age tale of an introvert teen, Charlie, who enters high school as a freshman and finds difficult to intermingle until he is befriended by two seniors, Sam & Patrick. A friendship that teaches him to be comfortable in his own skin and explore the new dynamism of relationships. ‘The Perks of Being Wallflower’ beautifully captures the rich tapestry of growing up experiences soaked in lessons learned for a lifetime. It is one of these films that is funny and eye-opening at the same time. Directed by one of my favorite directors, Sofia Coppola, ‘The Bling Ring’ is inspired by actual events where a group of fame-obsessed teenagers uses the internet to track celebrities’ whereabouts in order to rob their homes. Her role in the film required her to play a boisterous and confident but careless teenager, which she completely nails. If you want to see what a movie star acting in a film looks like, watch ‘The Bling Ring’. Read More: Best Donald Sutherland Movies 2. She is a joy throughout, and while a trained singer, she has done justice to every song in the movie. She is wonderful throughout, reminding us she was always the most talented of the Harry Potter kids and in the not so distant future will be holding an Oscar. Much of the film rests on Emma Watson as Belle. It is a handsome production, ripe with stunning sets and gorgeous costumes, made obviously with great reverence for the first film. The Beauty and the Beast’s greatest strength is the music and songs, a soaring score that is rapturous and beautifully tells the tale as old as time. Read More: Best Daniel Radcliffe Movies 3. The CGI used for the majestic hippogriff, Buckbeak as well as the soul-sucking Dementors is incredible and will certainly age well. The time traveling portions of the book also translated very well into the movie, ending with a great performance by Emma Watson and Danielle Radcliffe. The movie also utilizes a constantly moving camera which amplifies the terror looming in the background. The dark tone of the movie was complemented by the darker color grading for it. The third movie in the Harry Potter series was directed by Alfonso Cuaron, who brought to the series a much-needed maturity. Read More: Best Sylvester Satllon Movies 4. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004) Emma Watson is as always brilliant in her part. The movie ended the series very strongly with great storytelling and conflict resolution which earned the movie great acclaim and love from fans. Many characters grow stronger in the dark atmosphere. The revelation that Harry contains a bit of Voldemort’s soul brings forth the idea that maybe the struggle between good and bad is an introspective one. The movie holds onto the themes of good versus evil and brings them to the forefront. The final chapter in the series starts with a melancholy tone set by the death of Dobby but the pace grows exponentially up to the Battle that takes place. 5.
